The US Supreme Court will likely be issuing their decisions on the Prop 8 and DOMA cases sometime in June, and probably late June at that. In any event, the decisions will be announced before the end of the term on June 30.
Potential dates are June 20, and June 24, but Decision Day could be later if the court adds a special session.

We know the decisions will probably be announced first thing one June morning, and that word will spread very quickly. In advance of that, the coalition of Philadelphia-area LGBT activists in The Summit is currently identifying locations where we can gather in observance of the decisions. One possibility is the Independence Mall area. Target time is 6pm to 9pm.
There's no way to know, beyond speculation, what the Supreme Court's decisions will be. Will there be cause for massive celebrations? Will it be time for candlelight vigils or other forms of protest? Will the results be mixed? Only the Supreme Court knows the answers to those questions, and they're not talking.
What we can say now is: Watch this space! Over the next few weeks, we will be announcing a location where Philadelphia's Decision Day event will be held. If you know of another group planning day-of events in your community, please put us in touch with them so we can coordinate our actions.
Get ready to unfurl your rainbow flags and make your signs. Let's hope we all have reason to celebrate!
