2nd Annual Gravy Contest at Taproom on 19th

Save the date: Its our 2nd annual gravy contest! Last year was a huge success and you've been asking and we've been listening! So lets do this! This year we will have two categories, gravy and meatballs. You can win one of each, or maybe both, if you've got game! So far 1732 Meats has offered their amazing pancetta and guanciale as prizes! Plus we'll have cash prizes, however we all know, its all about bragging rights… right Michael Sadgwar ?? << last years winner!! It's free for contestants and the general public. Anyone can enter, restaurants, g-moms, food critics… its all good!! We have a few local judges already lined up: Joe Abruzzo Drew Lazor Danya Henninger Ari Miller Louis Marchesani a few more to be added… Rules: 1- Make a great gravy and or meatballs, enough for 50 plus people 2-We will supply forks, napkins, plates 3- Bring a crockpot, if one is not available, let us know in advance, and we will provide sterno and pans for you. 4- If you need your gravy heated up, come early, the sterno pans take forever to heat your gravy. 5- Have fun!
