Rugby 101

Rugby 101 is an introductory training session to learn the basics of the sport. No prior rugby experience or knowledge is expected. Athletic ability always encouraged! What to Bring - Gym shorts and/or sweatpants - a sturdy shirt/jersey (it'll be cool so dress appropriately) - Cleats if you have them, sneakers if you don't - Soccer/rugby socks (totally optional) - mouthguard (optional, but strongly encouraged) - Water bottle/gatorade We will have a social for all new players that night at 9pm at Boxers. Relax and have a few with the Gryphons!
