Frank Olivieri Jr. of Pat's King of Steaks will emcee. The judges will be: Former Pa. representative Babette Josephs; Peace Advocacy Network President Leila Vaughn; legendary Daily News columnist Stu Bykofsky; and Lisa Tynes, former general manager of Reading Terminal Market's Basic 4 Vegetarian, which introduced many Philadelphians to the idea of vegan cheesesteaks.
