On July 9th, 2016, 2pm-10pm, the Museum will present the First Annual Colored Girls Museum Festival at FringeArts, located at 140 North Columbus Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19106, directly across from the Delaware River, with a picturesque view of the Ben Franklin Bridge.
The Colored Girls Museum Festival celebrates the diverse culture and myriad stories of the "ordinary, extraordinary Colored girl” through music, featured artists, vendors, and a open community dance party.
Philadelphia Fringe Arts Center has invited The Colored Girls Museum to its new, state-of-the-art, multi-purpose performance facility to create a unique community festival.
