PARK RULES & PICNIC CHECKLIST:
(1) Arrive early for the best choice of picnic locations - As early as 11am!
(2) Our designated picnic sites are #2 & #7 (in the back behind the covered pavilion)
(3) Only use Charcoal Grills at/next to the picnic sites - Space is very limited ~ first-come, first-serve.
(4) Outdoor Chairs, Umbrellas & Canopy Tents (maximum 10' x 10') are allowed
(5) Rolling Coolers and portable outdoor furniture are strongly suggested. Can you roll or carry it while walking from your car?
(6) Bring your own BBQ food, snacks & cool, summer beverages. Be discreet - Alcohol is only permitted in cups for 21+
(7) NO Food, Crafts or Merchandise sales/vending of any type is permitted
(8) Vehicle Parking is FREE. DO NOT Park on the Grass. Use locations along the roadsides of Sedgely Drive & Poplar Drive
(9) DO NOT Block or Temporarily STOP traffic flow on Lemon Hill Mansion Drive at any time. This pathway must remain open.
(10) Public Park Restrooms/Portable Toilets are close by our picnic location
(11) Use trash bags for garbage pick up & removal - Please clean up your entire area before leaving. DO NOT dump hot grill charcoal near plastic & park garbage cans - this is a fire hazard.
(12) A Basketball Court, Softball Field, Children's Area & Boat House Row are close by
(13) Bring fun, outdoor group activities & your favorite sports games. Move about & exercise a little!
(14) Relax. Reunite. Commune. Socialize. A Soulful sound track will be provided.
