Renowned mezzo-soprano and star of Opera Philadelphia's TANCREDI, Stephanie Blythe as Blythley Oratonio and Dito van Reigersberg as "The Drag Queen King" Martha Graham Cracker team up for an immersive, one-night-only drag cabaret event written and directed by John Jarboe, Artistic Director of The Bearded Ladies Cabaret. These two powerhouse performers will swing from opera to classical to pop and back again for a genre-defying night of singing and much more at the Theatre of Living Arts on South Street, a classic Philadelphia rock venue. Expect a string quartet, a rock band, sing-alongs, and, most importantly, for every moment to exceed expectations.
Doors open at 9:00pm. Before the curtain rises, grab a drink and enjoy a photo booth with a selection of outrageous accessories to complete your ensemble. After the final bow, stick around for dancing on the TLA floor into the wee hours of the night.
Kingly and queenly attire encouraged - come as you are or as you want to be!
