John Jarboe is the Artistic Director of the Bearded Ladies Cabaret. A Philadelphia-based theatre artist, John graduated from the University of Michigan, with a BFA in Theatre. In addition to directing, choreographing, producing and performing with the Beards, John finds time to collaborate outside the cabaret world as an actor, musician, teaching artist and consultant. He volunteers for Attic Youth, a local center that creates opportunities for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning (LGBTQ) youth in Philadelphia.

Dieter Rita Scholl is a German actor, author and chanson artist. Since 1978 he has been on the stage and in front of the camera.
He was especially known for his participation in the Warner-Bothers film "Meeting Venus," in which he played alongside Glenn Close. He also played a recurring guest role in the RTL series "Behind Bars" as the shady drug trafficker Gina, as well as in the feature film "Lose Your Head." He has also contributed to LGBT themes in several documentary films.
Since 2004, he has performed chanson programs, which are often tributes to divas and include French songs.
