Windsor Hotel

I've stayed at the Windsor three times in 2009. Overall, the hotel is clean, the staff is very warm and attentive to detail. I believe all the rooms have a kitchenette. Though the Windsor is located on Benjamin Franklin Pkwy, I prefer to stay "at an arm's distance" from the center of the city, so as to have minimal difficulty falling asleep, I can undertand why it's "uncentral" location may not please everyone. The breakfest is not buffet but they do have a waffle maker, which manages to elicit smiles.
