Mexican Post (Closed Permanently)

(2 Ratings)
110 tequilas! oh, and food
This fun and rowdy restaurant (and how could it not be with all that agave nectar lying around) serves up yummy Mexican food complete with chips and salsa.

Don't go alone.

I've enjoyed the food here, but the last time I went to the Love Park Mexican Post I went by myself. It was a fairly busy evening but a large party was breaking up and leaving. I was seated, served chips and salsa, and then totally ignored. Nobody took my food order. Nobody took my drink order. I wasn't sure who to flag down...nobody stopped anywhere near me. I left hungry (well...I did eat all the chips and salsa) and thirsty (no drink and I could have used one). I haven't been back. The Old City location has been kinder to me.
