In honor of the deeply rooted history skateboarding has brought to the city, Franklin’s Paine Skatepark Fund presents Love On The Streets (LOTS), a street culture festival that embraces the artistry of communities in Philadelphia. As a fundraiser and kick off to build the future of FPSF’s educational programming, LOTS will connect diverse citywide communities to grow Philadelphia's youth and young adults through skateboarding Love On The Streets will feature skate demonstrations, local music, street art, vending, and food in a day long celebration. LOTS will also feature a first time Paine’s Park performance by the youth and professionals of Philadelphia School of Circus Arts! ______________________________________________ THE MUSIC: 'XPN Welcomes the Mad Dragon Stage Featuring: Radiator Hospital Dogs on Acid W. Lindsay CLIQUE Moon Bounce Jack Deezl Mr. Sampson _________________________________ SKATE DEMO Powerfulnailya Skate Team and students of Philadelphia Skateboard Academy are Philadelphia native teams combining talents in the LOTS skate demo. Most of these skateboarders have grown up competing in FPSF's Annual Philly Cup Series, and are prodigies of our programming! _______________________________________________ PHILADELPHIA SCHOOL OF CIRCUS ARTS Professional circus artists, staff from the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts, and students will come together for a performance at LOTS Fest. Stunning aerial artistry on silks, trapeze, lyra, and rope, along with juggling, acrobatics, contortion, tight wire, plus a high energy appearance by our youth troupe will combine for a memorable afternoon of breathtaking virtuosity.
